1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Wibu Lover ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wibu Lover. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free tier features are available without payment
  • Premium subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Ultimate) are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
  • Refunds are handled by the respective app store per their policies
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Virtual Currency & Items

In-app currency, gacha items, outfits, and accessories are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred, traded for real money, or refunded outside of app store policies.

5. User Content & Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to bypass, hack, or exploit the AI or app systems
  • Share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Impersonate other users or Wibu Lover staff
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI or character models
  • Distribute or commercially exploit App content

6. AI Interactions

Wibu Lover uses AI-powered characters for entertainment purposes. Please note:

  • AI responses are generated by machine learning models and do not represent real people or professional advice
  • Characters are fictional and their responses should not be taken as factual, medical, legal, or financial advice
  • We implement content safety systems, but AI may occasionally produce unexpected responses

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Wibu Lover — including characters, artwork, voice data, UI design, animations, and code — is owned by Wibu Lover or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that AI responses will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI interactions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wibu Lover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wibu Lover operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
